Need good homes for 8 rabbits

(Four babies and four adult bunnies)

Hi, my name is Melody, I am fifteen years old. We need to find some good homes for my bunny rabbits. I am super allergic to bunnies, but I LOVE them! They make me sneeze and wheeze with Asthma, which is why my Mum has to look after them all!

Four baby bunny rabbits need good homes. Would be nice if the new owners would consider taking two each. Bunnies love company. We are based in Swansea, Wales (UK). And we have great sandy beaches. So maybe, you could visit Wales for a weekend break, and take the bunnies home?

I AM KEEPING COCO BOO AND PATCH

Coco Boo and Patch took three years to bond, but now love running around in the garden together. They just love to sit under the swing in our big garden. I am keeping these two bunny rabbits. Fluffy Woo died this year, he was Coco Boo's sole mate. So it is good to see Coco Boo happy again. Bunny rabbits love other bunny company, when you can bond them.

Sadly, Coco Boo and Patch fight with the other rabbits. This is why we have to separate them. We would like the other bunnies to have the same freedom that Coco Boo and Patch have, which is why we want to find them some good homes ... with the help of London Mums Magazine. We also have problems with the rabbits escaping and getting pregnant. Don't worry we would not give you a pregnant rabbit. The usual age for a rabbit to get pregnant is over 5 months old.

HOW TO LOOK AFTER YOUR BUNNY RABBIT

Now about cages...

RABBIT CONDO CAGE

This one is a little small, but you get the idea.

This is soooooo much better than...

THIS SMALL RABBIT CAGE

This cage may look nice, but its too small!

But what I do recommend, is...

RABBIT ROOM

This is one of the best for the rabbits!

Find a room in your house, and make it into a rabbit room,

but if you can't do that...

RABBIT SHED

You can use this normal shed, and make it into this

Rabbit shed: This is also very good for the rabbits, if your shed is a little broken make sure there is no way for the FOXES to get in!

OUTSIDE CAGE

These cages are ok, if the rabbits get to run around outside every day.
Make sure to keep them warm through winter. So a shed, or old Wendy House would be better.

NOW ABOUT RABBIT RUNS!

This is the worst out of the worst!

This is better, but no place to run :(

This one is amazing! Tons of room to run!

This one is well, just good for eating grass.

Well I recommend this one, it's the best!!!

Don't forget, the best run you could get is...

making it yourself! You can use what you like, Chicken wire, or whatever.

Rabbits need to be taken out whenever it is possible. Don't forget rabbits lived in the wild, so its there nature.

FORAGING

Try and forage where you know there is no pesticide use.

Out rabbits love Japanese Knotweed from the garden. Mum has not used pesticides for well over 10 years!

Foraging is very important. If you can't take them out, look around your garden for dandelions etc...

My rabbits love the leaves, and flowers.

Don't forget about plantain!

And sticky willy

Since we have an apple tree, we give the rabbits the apple sticks.

RABBIT MIX!

this gave my rabbit the runs :(

We don't recommend bathing rabbits. But the above rabbit food gave Cindy Woo the runs. The new rabbit food we use is perfect! Healthy bunnies.

I'm not saying all rabbit mixes are bad,

but just look out, because there will be some bad ones.

But what I do recommend is...

NUGGETS!

This rabbit food has dried dandelions etc. Excellent!

This is the best rabbit mix I've used!
